We do not vet each property and take it in "good faith" that the property will be as described by the owner.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia, without regard to the laws that might otherwise govern under principles of conflicts of laws applicable thereto. The legal jurisdiction of this web site is Canada, British Columbia and any filing, or proceeding shall be instituted in that jurisdiction. You and AEgis Technologies Ltd agree to submit to the jurisdiction of provincial and federal courts in British Columbia, and agree that venue is exclusive in these courts in any such legal action or proceeding.
